Evidence of Extraterrestrial Design in Human DNA

E.T. progenitor Researchers who worked for 13 years in the Human Genome Project indicate that they came across an amazing scientific discovery: They believe that the so-called 97% of non-coding sequences in the human DNA is nothing less than the genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms. Originally referred to as "Junk DNA" its function remained a mystery for researchers. Now researchers believe that our DNA is extraterrestrial in origin.

After extensive analysis with the help of other researchers in diverse fields such as mathematics, chemistry and programming, Maxim A. Makukov of the Fesenkov Astrophysical Institute have ventured out and asked if there is a possibility that, what we call "junk DNA" is actually some sort of extraterrestrial code, created by a non-terrestrial programmer.

According to researchers from Kazakhstan, "Our hypothesis is that a more advanced extraterrestrial civilization was engaged in creating new life and planting it on various planets. Earth is just one of them."

The researchers indicate that "What we see in our DNA is a program consisting of two versions, a giant structured code, and a simple or basic code."

The team of researchers believes for a fact that the first part of our DNA code was not written on Earth and according to them it is verifiable. Secondly and most importantly, genes alone are not enough to explain the evolution/abrupt evolution process and there must be something more in "the game".

According to Makukov, "Sooner or later, we have to accept the fact that all life on Earth carries the genetic code of our extraterrestrial cousins and that evolution is not what we think it is."

Just 20 Minutes Outside--It Has Great Health Benefits

Earth energy Twenty minutes. At least that much time a day spent outside that can help reduce stress hormone levels, according to a new study.

The study, completed by University of Michigan researchers, Mary Carol Hunter, Brenda Gillespie and Sophie Yu-Pu Chen, was released Thursday. It concluded that an efficient "nature pill"--20 to 30 minutes walking, sitting or completing a physical activity outside or interacting with nature--can reduce health issues such as chronic stress, blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease and weight.

Hunter said the study was developed for health care practitioners to utilize when giving patients a "nature-pill prescription."

"For a while, people have been trying to put a number on how much nature is needed," Hunter told the Free Press Thursday. "Health care professionals have different answers."

About 44 people from Ann Arbor participated in an eight-week summer study in June 2014 and had a nature experience three times a week.

Hunter said the participants were allowed to decide what they did and where they went to be in tune with nature. She, Chen and Gillespie concluded 20 minutes because statistics showed a gradual decrease in stress. But they also noticed a dramatic decrease in stress after an additional 10 minutes.

"Thirty minutes is the ideal time for the greatest stress reduction. But 20 minutes is sufficient," she said.

The biggest challenge for people is commitment, Hunter said, and choosing to stop what they're doing to enjoy the outdoors for 20 minutes a day. But Hunter said any time away from busy schedules and cellphones can improve an individual's health.

"Start with five minutes and see where it takes you," she said.

6 Ways of Applying Mindfulness for Increased Wellness

mindfulness Research from the University of Oxford finds that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is just as effective as antidepressants for preventing a relapse of depression. In MBCT, a person learns to pay closer attention to the present moment and to let go of the negative thoughts and ruminations that can trigger depression. They also explore a greater awareness of their own body, identifying stress and signs of depression before a crisis hits.

1. Hold Your Feelings with Awareness - One of the key concepts of mindfulness is bringing awareness to whatever you are experiencing — not pushing it away, ignoring it, or trying to replace it with a more positive experience. This is extraordinarily difficult when you are in the midst of deep pain, but it can also cut the edge off of the suffering. "Strange as it may sound," explains Kabat-Zinn of the University of Massachusetts, "the intentional knowing of your feelings in times of emotional suffering contains in itself the seeds of healing." This is because the awareness itself is independent of your suffering. It exists outside of your pain.

2. Accept What Is - At the heart of much of our suffering is our desire for things to be different than they are. "If you are mindful as emotional storms occur," writes Kabat-Zinn, "perhaps you will see in yourself an unwillingness to accept things as they already are, whether you like them or not."

3. Ride the Wave - One of the most reassuring elements of mindfulness is the reminder that nothing is permanent. Even though pain feels as though it is constant or solid at times, it actually ebbs and flows much like the ocean. The intensity fluctuates, comes and goes, and therefore gives us pockets of peace. "Even these recurring images, thoughts, and feelings have a beginning and an end," explains Kabat-Zinn, "that they are like waves that rise up in the mind and then subside. You may also notice that they are never quite the same. Each time one comes back, it is slightly different, never exactly the same as any pervious wave."

4. Apply Compassion - Kabat-Zinn compares mindfulness of emotions to that of a loving mother who would be a source of comfort and compassion for her child who was upset. A mother knows that the painful emotions will pass — she is separate to her child's feelings — so she is that awareness that provides peace and perspective. "Sometimes we need to care for ourselves as if that part of us that is suffering is our own child," Kabat-Zinn writes. "Why not show compassion, kindness, and sympathy toward our own being, even as we open fully to our pain?"

5. Separate Yourself from the Pain - People who have suffered years from chronic illness tend to define themselves by their illnesses. Sometimes their identity is wrapped up in their symptoms. Kabat-Zinn reminds us that the painful feelings, sensations, and thoughts are separate to who we are. "Your awarenessof sensations, thoughts, and emotions is different from the sensations, the thoughts, and the emotions themselves," he writes. "That aspect of your being that is aware is not itself in pain or ruled by these thoughts and feelings at all. It knows them, but it itself is free of them."

6. Uncouple Your Thoughts, Emotions, and Sensations - Just as the sensations, thoughts, and emotions are separate from my identity, they are separate from each other. We tend to lump them all in together: "I feel anxious" or "I am depressed." However, if we tease them apart, we might realize that a sensation (such as heart palpitations or nausea) we are experiencing is made worse by certain thoughts, and those thoughts feed other emotions. By holding all three in awareness, we could find that the thoughts are nothing more than untrue narratives that are feeding emotions of fear and panic, and that by associating the thoughts and emotions with the sensation, we are creating more pain for ourselves.

Health & Healing Hack of the Week

The Inner Smile

This is an ancient Taoist practice, where you put your attention on an area of the body and have it smile back at you. For example, there is a pain in the right knee. Observe the pain, and then have the knee smile back to you. You may find it frowns first, but continue until there is a smile. You'll notice a marked decrease or subsiding of the pain, and perhaps some gentle throbbing in the area. This is a sign the energy flow has been restored. This is an excellent practice to do upon morning waking. Amplify the effects of the inner smile by applying the E-3 Revitalizing and Repair Cream to the area of focus of the smile, such as an aching shoulder, or wrist. The combination greatly speeds relief and healing. From 25 No Cost Health & Healing Hacks by Boyd Martin)

Life Energy Pack: Simple, All-Encompassing Wellness
clean sweep My Personal Experience with the E-Formulas: I was introduced to this medicine back in 1993 when the E-1 Stress Relief Formula was first released, followed promptly by the E-2 Digest Aid formula, and then the E-3 Revitalizing and Repair Cream. I was one of the test subjects reporting in as a "beta tester" for the E-4 Formula, which later was released as Foundation / Immune. This whole "medicine platform" acts differently on body systems than anything I've ever experienced. The formulas carry information AND energy with specific frequencies that match major body systems:

  • E-1 - The Nervous Systems
  • E-2 - The Digestive and Circulatory System (including ALL major organs)
  • E-4 - The Immune System
  • E-3 - A cream form of E-1, along with MSM and other pain relieving energies.
Having worked with these formulas for over 20 years, I can say they have come through consistently and effectively every time I've used them. Plus, these medicines have taught me a lot about how the body works, and how to be in touch with the body and its myriad messages and states. All four formulas make up the Life Energy Pack, and I sell it as a package deal, but for this promotion, I am offering an addition 20% off the already discounted package. So now's the time to try the Life Energy Pack if you haven't already, and stock up, as I'm making this offer only for the month of April, 2019. That Mystic Broadcast of Oneness

cosmic broadcast It was around 1986 when one night I woke up with an "announcement" in my mind: "The mystic broadcast of oneness emanating from every point in the universe." I remember gazing at the ceiling of my room with that message reverberating through my being for a long time, as the faint light of early morning grew to illuminate the entire room.

From that experience was born the concept for the Mystic Broadcast Network, which at the pre-Internet time, I envisioned as a broadcast network of radio and TV stations with programming that enhanced higher consciousness and human evolution. I could not in a million years have conceived of what the Internet would bring a few short years later, with literally millions of video and radio channels, where anyone could have a voice.

As the Net rolled out, it seemed perhaps that early broadcast I heard was getting picked up by the general population, so maybe there just wasn't anything for me to do, personally. But, as time wore on, and the Internet turned into millions of idea bubbles, rigorously defended and attacked by other idea bubbles, I realized I needed to revive the original idea of the "broadcast of oneness", so I put up my own internet radio station that I felt was true to my original vision.

I tell this story as a result of a couple of things that happened to me this past week that showed me deeper context about that broadcast of oneness.

One of my favorite consciousness raconteurs is the late Terence McKenna. In one of his talks posted on YouTube, he makes the point that Nature is continually ramifying into more and more complexity and uniqueness. He took that idea much further with the development of his Time Wave Zero Theory, where he posited a Transcendental Object at the end of time that was driving all creation toward it with infinite novelty. He even graphed a "Novelty Curve" across human history. He derived the Novelty Curve by running millions of random samplings of the I Ching hexagrams through a computer algorithm, and found that the longer the algorithm ran, it represented increasing novelty, much like computing "Pi" out to billions of decimals. He then placed a graph of this up against human history, and found that the peaks and valleys of novelty corresponded to the ups and downs of human technological and political development. These correlations were so exact and profound, he concluded that there had to be some sort of overall "oneness" algorithm that was driving the whole thing.

I spent a long time studying and mulling this over, and have come to the awareness that only within oneness can there be uniqueness. New possibilities can only occur when the oneness of the infinite is factored in. What we call "infinite" is most likely all the possibilities of life we are not aware of. And were we to step outside the dimensions of existence, we would probably see that what is newly created requires the sum total of what exists, otherwise, how could it be unique?

The other thing that happened this week, was that my shaman friend and mentor, Janet Barrett, had me on her podcast to discuss "curiosity" and its role in consciousness. As the conversation sauntered along, we both started saying stuff like, "Most of what is created is simply picked up by the mind as a broadcast of a previously existing idea." And, as I mentioned from a George Carlin quote, "If it's true that we are all from the center of a star--every atom--then we are all the same thing. Even a Coke machine or a cigarette butt in the street in Buffalo, are made from atoms that came from a star. They've all been recycled thousands of times, as you and I. And therefore, it's only me out there. so what is there to be afraid of? There's nothing to be afraid of because it's all us."

A Facebook friend was doing some market research for her new book today, and was asking everyone if we even read email messages from subscriptions we'd signed up for. I snarkily replied that I wouldn't have subscribed if I wasn't going to read the messages. But then she followed up with me, asking what specifically would cause me to open a particular message. I came back with, "Well, whatever I was resonating with at the moment--whatever broadcast I was tuned into at the time."

cosmic broadcast After I had commented, I sat for some moments reflecting on what I am tuned into, and I realized that question is an excellent one to ask as a mindfulness exercise. What broadcasts are you listening to, or watching in life? How do those broadcasts make you feel? What content do you want to put into your own broadcast? Because, whether it's incoming or outgoing, those broadcasts are what is being reflected back to you as your life right now.

By tuning in to that cosmic and mystical broadcast of oneness, you allow infinite possibilities to become available, and from there it begs the question: Which broadcast of possibility do you prefer? It very quickly starts to become real that every particle, every wave, every point, everywhere is broadcasting its own program, as it entangles with and resonates with other points of broadcast that combine and manifest as unique creations--always in motion, always changing, always responding to your attention and intent. So, BE that mystic broadcast of oneness from your own life, and fling open the doors of infinite possibility for humanity, for Earth, and for the Universe.

How To Do Non-Attachment

non-attachment The mental state of non-attachment may come slowly, but even during the earliest stages of practice are rewarded by a sense of peace and freedom. Guaranteed success will come from being consistent with this spiritual discipline.

Practice Non-Attachment in 8 Steps:

  1. Ask yourself what realistic permanent advantage you should gain if you possessed your desire.
  2. Let go of your attachment to money by making a donation or helping out someone in need.
  3. Befriend yourself- your self-worth should come from within you, not from other peoples approvals.
  4. Don’t seek security in people or things.
  5. Overcome your attachment to entertainment
  6. Let go of the need to be dominate or influential over others.
  7. Stop living in an illusion- don’t overly attach yourself to your possessions or even your hopes and dreams.
  8. Understand that all things naturally come and go. It’s unavoidable.
Non-attachment is easily misunderstood by many people as they might interrupt it as having to give up their possessions to feel “free”. This is far from the truth. Detachment is simply not feeling owned by the things you possess or desire. There will be moments when impatience of frustration arises. But that’s alright as long as you allow the emotions to rise and dissolve. Do not feed or fuel the negative emotions.

The Benefits of Non-Attachment:

  • Expectations no longer rule your life.
  • You see things for the way they are.
  • You’re not bothered much by the physical world (but you don’t tolerate harmful behavior).
  • Your heart grows even bigger and you love more because you don’t feel the need to control everything.
  • You’re not attached to outcomes.
Detachment is releasing vibrational resistance, allowing the law of attraction to work effectively for you. Be attached to nothing but be open to everything. Non-attachment is a freeing practice which will help you a lot when it comes to adjusting to change that takes place in the future.

QUANTUM HEALTH TIP: Use the Zen Meditation Elixir to open the space between the monkey mind and the observer, allowing greater ease of non-attachment.

Using Interoception (Body Sensations) To Navigate Life

interoception InInternal bodily signals can be deeply informative, which is why sensing them can provide an extra channel of information to influence decisionmaking. Gut instinct or intuition during a card game can also be guided by interoception. Bodily signatures (heart rate, skin-conductance response) can signal which cards are good (ie, more likely to be associated with a positive outcome) even in the absence of conscious knowledge that a card is good. Thus, the heart ‘knows’ what the mind does not yet realise, and access to this bodily signature can guide intuitive decisionmaking to a better outcome. In a real-world extrapolation of this, Dr. Sarah Garfinkel, professor of neuroscience and psychiatry at the University of Sussex, visited the London Stock Exchange to work with high-frequency traders. These traders claimed that their decisions were often driven by gut instinct, when faced with fast-coming information that the conscious brain could not yet fully process. She and her colleagues demonstrated that interoceptive accuracy was enhanced in those traders who were most adept at trading, potentially grounding their intuitive instincts in a capacity to sense informative changes in internal bodily signals.

An appreciation that bodily signals can guide emotion and cognition provides potential interoceptive mechanisms through which these processes can be disrupted. Alexithymia, defined as an impaired ability to detect and identify emotions, is associated with reduced interoceptive accuracy. Autistic individuals, who often have difficulty in understanding emotions, have also been shown to have impaired interoceptive accuracy. Neural representation of bodily signatures are altered in borderline personality disorder (also known as emotionally unstable personality disorder), and interventions designed to focus on the body, such as mindfulness, have been shown to reduce anxiety. Insight into the nature of these embodied mechanisms opens up potential avenues for further understanding and targeted intervention.

As well as telling us about our own emotions, our bodies respond to the joy, pain and sadness of others. Our hearts can race as loved ones experience fear, and our pupils can adopt a physiological signature of sadness in response to the sadness of others. If you pay attention to your heart and bodily responses, they can tell you how you are feeling, and allow you to share in the emotions of others. Interoception can enhance the depth of our own emotions, emotionally bind us to those around us, and guide our intuitive instincts. We are now learning just how much the way we think and feel is shaped by this dynamic interaction between body and brain.

QUANTUM HEALTH TIP: Stress plays a major role in preventing interoception, since attention gets focused on fight or flight. Once the stress is alleviated, mindfulness can return, and thus the more subtle perceptions and biofeedback about living and how the body responds to ideas, experiences and feelings is heightened. Use the Clean Sweep spray to immediately de-stress any situation and return to a state of mindfulness.

Don't Forget to be Kind to Yourself

self-compassion Taking time to think kind thoughts about yourself and loved ones has psychological and physical benefits, new research suggests. A study by the Universities of Exeter and Oxford has found that taking part in self-compassion exercises calms the heart rate, switching off the body's threat response. Previous studies have shown that this threat response damages the immune system. Researchers believe the ability to switch off this response may lower the risk of disease.

In the study, published in the journal Clinical Psychological Science, 135 healthy University of Exeter students were divided into five groups, and members of each group heard a different set of audio instructions. The team took physical measurements of heart rate and sweat response, and asked participants to report how they were feeling. Questions included how safe they felt, how likely they were to be kind to themselves and how connected they felt to others.

The two groups whose instructions encouraged them to be kind to themselves not only reported feeling more self-compassion and connection with others, but also showed a bodily response consistent with feelings of relaxation and safety. Their heart rates dropped and the variation in length of time between heartbeats - a healthy sign of a heart that can respond flexibly to situations. They also showed lower sweat response.

Meanwhile, instructions that induced a critical inner voice led to an increased heart rate and a higher sweat response - consistent with feelings of threat and distress. First author Dr Hans Kirschner, who conducted the research at Exeter, said: "These findings suggest that being kind to oneself switches off the threat response and puts the body in a state of safety and relaxation that is important for regeneration and healing."

Lead researcher Dr Anke Karl, of the University of Exeter, said: "Previous research has found that self-compassion was related to higher levels of wellbeing and better mental health, but we didn't know why. Our study is helping us understand the mechanism of how being kind to yourself when things go wrong could be beneficial in psychological treatments. By switching off our threat response, we boost our immune systems and give ourselves the best chance of healing. We hope future research can use our method to investigate this in people with mental health problems such as recurrent depression."

Health & Healing Hack of the Week

Jumper Cabling

A standard practice in Jin Shin Jiyutsu, involves simply holding one finger with the other hand. Each finger is an energetic equivalent to the major organ systems. The key is to hold each finger until a pulse is felt both in the finger and the hand holding it. Sometimes, this may be immeidate, and at other times it may take upwards of 20 minutes to detect a pulse. The pulse response verifies that the energy meridians are connected and energy is flowing. You can also hold the fingernail of each finger under the pad of the thumb. A pulse will be detected in that way as well. This hack is an easy and effective way to stabilize energy flows throughout the body. From 25 No Cost Health & Healing Hacks by Boyd Martin)

Clean Sweep: Instant Relief from Negative Energies
clean sweep Clean Sweep was developed in the laboratory by a team of quantum physicists. They were researching a way to clear unwanted energies or frequencies from the lab in order to make testing more accurate. In the process of this research, they discovered a way to infuse ionized water so that when sprayed into the environment, it neutralized all forms of electromagnetic fields (EMF) and even deadly Gamma radiation. Later, in human trials, Clean Sweep showed the remarkable property of also neutralizing negative emotions and feelings in humans, and was able to reduce stress response not only in humans, but also in animals and even plants. The effect of Clean Sweep is immediate, as it swiftly calms the sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous systems. Great for contentious business meetings, family get togethers, upset infants, stressed out pets, and even house or garden plants that have been shocked. Clean Sweep is also extremely effective in clearing energies from doctors' offices, yoga studios, healer treatment rooms, car rentals, hotel rooms and aircraft. Clean Sweep is also an excellent self-treatment aid that creates a "bubble" of zero-negative space, making it much easier to meditate or concentrate on a task. The effect lasts approximately 3-6 hours, and with a few spritzes into the corners of a room, the space is cleared. Check out the Clean Sweep testimonials, and give Clean Sweep a try! Clean Sweep is available in three sizes and a concentrate, with case prices available. MORE INFO / ORDER

Living in Possibility

possibility Have you had this experience? You wake up in the middle of your sleep cycle, and suddenly everything about existence makes sense, and meaning washes over you in a timeless wave of knowing. You are caught up in a cosmic moment of understanding and feel suspended in time and space with your whole life laid out in front of you like a three-dimensional mandala. Well, this happened the other night, and, of course, upon officially waking up later, I had trouble remembering the dream and the experience. But it returned slowly over the last couple of days.

As I contextualized the experience, it became about living in the unknown, but completely without fear, knowing everything was in its right place and correct time. The tendency, when confronted with uncertainty and larger unknowns is to start doing what's been called "predictive processing" with the mind. This takes the form of worry, or obsessively computing and conjuring outcomes based on known data. It's actually a bad habit, because when actual outcomes start showing up, nine times out of ten, they are nothing like what was computed. Yet, for some reason, we keep doing it--probably from a sense of disempowerment and a feeling of being out of control, where at least you can control your imagination by creating scenarios.

Deep down in the behaviorial DNA there's a gaping fear of not being, and I think what we may think of as a terror of the abyss or void, is actually excitement about infinite possibility. Excitement and fear have been shown to fire up the same neurons in the brain, and most of what goes for fear of the future is learned. This lies outside the purview of a perceived existential physical threat, but we tend to lump anything "unknown" into a threat, hence the fear of the future.

The irony is that, as non-physical entities, we cannot NOT BE, but the over-identification with our personas, body, and other identity markers we use to interact with others sets us up for "losing it all" or just plain "losing it". Now, I've been there a few times in my life, and it really seemed real at the time, and for some time after that, but as events sauntered on and perspective was gained, I can look back on these "losses" as necessary wisdom teachers.

As I have begun to embrace this "living in the unknown", I have started to re-frame it as "living in infinite possibility." The habitual tendency of the mind and emotions to worry has now become a signal to observe how past perceived traumas have left their mark and sculpted a terrain of avoidance--much like keeping your hand away from a flame, or not moving when in pain. These areas of avoidance get activated when circumstances appear threatening due to perceived lack of information. I have started to simply let all that go, and instead embrace the excitement of not knowing what wonderful infinite possibilities are precipitating all around me to become gloriously visible at some point.

Along these lines, I've been experimenting with spending money--a big area of past trauma for me--and have started to notice that everytime I would spend, say, 50 bucks for groceries, 50 bucks of income would shortly show up--within a few hours or days. In two cases, the amounts were nearly exact, which made me start looking at this in the first place. I had no idea beforehand where these monies would be coming from, and in most cases, when I am scanning for sales or income sources, I'm completely surprised about what shows up instead.

possibility By letting the unknown be unknown, it takes the limitations off of what is possible. Just declare it: "Show me something amazing", or "I don't know or care how, just show up!" and then remain mindful in the moment, observing the coalescence of events and circumstances as they unfold to answer your intent.

I've also noticed that worrying doesn't seem to have any affect one way or another on the manifestations. The problem with worry is that it is a way of stressing the body and is debilitating. It's better to re-frame worry into excitement or curiousity, spot the past trauma, observe it, and then remain mindful in the present. The sage and I Ching master, Wei Po Yang, when asked about what he had learned from a lifetime of studying the I Ching, said, "To worry is preposterous." Why would he say this? Because all of life is in support of being, and only when we cut ourselves off from that support by low self-esteem or self-destructive programming, do we repel that support.

Life makes life, and even death makes life, so either way, you're gonna be alive one way or another. Why not accept the excitement, the support, and the love we all have inherent in being?
